Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The following items are NOT eligible for return:
    • Items marked as “Final Sale” or clearance.
    • Any product that shows signs of use, alteration, or damage.
    • Any item not returned in its original state.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us First: Email our support team at Eapau_ou@163.com within the return window. Please include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address. Returns shipped without an RA number cannot be processed.
  3. Ship Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, include the RA number inside the package, and ship it to the provided address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only for defective items or items we incorrectly shipped.
  • To request an exchange, please contact us at Eapau_ou@163.com with your order details and clear photos of the issue.

Return Shipping & Address

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Returns must be sent only to the specific address provided with your RA number. Please do not send returns to our general company office address.

Final Sale Items
Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange under any circumstances.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Eapau_ou@163.com. Include photos of the product and its packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and promptly send a replacement or issue a full refund.
