  • Order Verification: To ensure security, some orders may be subject to verification, which could add up to 1 business day to the processing time. If this affects your order, we will notify you promptly.
  • Order Changes: Need to update or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes before your order enters the packing and fulfillment stage.

2. Shipping Destinations
We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Available shipping methods and delivery options will be shown during checkout based on your delivery address.

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10–20 business days after shipment. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available for most regions at an additional cost. Delivered within 7–15 business days after shipment.
  • Please Note: All delivery times are estimates. Actual transit may vary due to carrier schedules, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions.

4. International Orders & Customs
For orders shipped outside of China, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by the destination country. 5. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s journey.

6. Delivery & Responsibilities

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Once the carrier marks your package as “Delivered,” responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an address error or recipient unavailability, any costs for re-shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
